• Full Construction Documentation. Including the coordination of all relevant consultants and engineers.

• Interior Design. We provide fill interior design services if you require them, or work closely with the Interior Designer of your choice to ensure consistency in style and design.

• Marketing Drawings. Showing saleable/leasable GFA and GLA break-ups.

• Tendering and Negotiations with builders. Choosing the right builder and contract for your needs.

• Contract Administration. We monitor the construction of the project from start to finish.

• Post Contract Services. Any addition services required post construction such as ‘as-built’ drawings and post occupancy reports.
